China double glazed LOW-E glass factory

XINYI BROTHER double glazed LOW-E insulating glass consists of two or more pieces of glass uniformly separated by dessicant filled aluminium spacer and the edge is sealed

with high strength sealant. This ensure the air space is dry.

XINYI BROTHER LOW-E Glass (low-E missivity glass) is a coating product which is made by coating various layers of metal or other compounds on the glass surface. It has high transmittance to visible light and high reflection to medium/long wave infrared.

Compared with ordinary glass and traditional coated glass for buildings, it has excellent thermal-insulation performance and good visible-light transmittance.According to the actual requirements of different climate zones, we provide customers with the best performance single silver, double silver, triple silver Low -E glass , solar control coated glass, post temperable Low- E glass and so on.

 1.High-Transmittance Single-Silver LOW-E Glass is suitable for

cold or extremely cold areas where heating is required.

• Solar Shading Single-silver LOW-E glass is suitable for areas where cooling is required in hot summer.
•  Double-silver LOW-E Glass is suitable for various areas where both daylight and shading are considered.
• Triple-silver LOW-E Glass is suitable for places where daylight and shading are extremely required.

• Heat Preservation: excellent thermal insulation, more effective to
• reduce heat loss in winter.
• Sound Resistance: provide good sound resistance up to 30 dB or more.
• The sound resistance can be further improved by filling a particular gas
• Prevent condensation: the insulating glass cavity is filled with dry air
• at a dew point lower than -40°C, so as to prevent condensation due to
• the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor
• Asethetic: insulating glass can incoraporate coated glass,
• laminated glass, ceramic frit glass and other glass types
• which gives good asethetic effects.

• Maximum size: 3000mm × 6000mm
• Spacer width: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 16mm
• Glass thickness: 3-19mm
• Maximum thickness : 57mm

There are several advantages to using On-Line Low-E glass in building design:

1. Energy Efficiency: On Line Low-E glass can significantly reduce the amount of energy needed to heat or cool a building by minimizing the amount of heat transfer through windows. This can help to reduce energy bills and lower a building’s carbon footprint.
2. Comfort: By reducing the amount of heat that enters or escapes a building through windows, Low-E glass can help to maintain a more comfortable indoor environment. This can lead to increased productivity and overall well-being.
3. UV Protection: On-Line Low-E glass coatings can block up to 99% of harmful UV radiation, which can help to protect furniture, flooring, and artwork from fading and sun damage.
4. Versatility: Low-E glass can be used in a variety of building applications, including windows, doors, and skylights. It is available in different colors and levels of performance to meet the specific needs of different building designs.
5. Cost-Effective: While Low-E glass may have a slightly higher initial cost compared to standard glass, its energy-saving benefits can help to offset this cost over time through lower energy bills.

Overall, On-Line Low-E glass is an effective way to improve the energy efficiency, comfort, and value of a building while also providing protection against UV radiation.

Anti UV Glass key indicators: Ultraviolet transmittance Visible light transmittance, Total solar infrared energy transmittance giR ,heat transfer coefficient K.

Thermal Insulation Glass is Mainly used in cold and cold A zone.During coldest days, people feel warm,no longer cold when touch the living room window by hand.

Use special coating technology just like to put a“quilt”on the glass this “quilt”can keep room worm and the heat will not losing like ordinary glass. The room will worm as in spring even though in the cold winter.

This series of glass typical energy-saving targets:Visible light transmittance, heat transfer coefficient K,Total solar infrared energy transmittance glR.Visible light transmittance should be higher, visible light is valuable light energy and we hope the transmittance higher to enjoy comfortable light. The lower the Kvalue the better the insulation function; glR value should be higher. In the cold area we want to get more sunshine and want to enjoy more sunshine in the room. Glass becomes a bridge to connect human and nature.

The Hollow Glass combined by these kinds of products has the best energy saving effect and the best living comfort. It is the Preferred Products for extremely cold and cold A area reach the Building energy efficiency rate 90%,75%,65%.

Thermal Insulation Glass is Mainly used in Cold B zone summer hot winter cold, summer hot winter warm north area. By using this series of glass people will feel cold and comfortable in summer, The hot sunshine is changed to cold sunshine by sun protection glass. People who work or live in the room will far away from hot and enjoy the comfort light and temperature.

We take special coating technology put the“cooling film”on the glass. The heat from sunshine will be stopped out of the window and the visible light will through the window.Meanwhile this product also has warm function can realized“cold summer and worm winter” andsave energy

This series of glass typical energy-saving targets:Total solar infrared energy transmittance gIR,heat transfer coeffi- cient K,Visible light transmittance. The lower giRvalue, the less solar heat into the room, the lower the energy consump- tion of air conditioning;Middle visible light transmittance have good light and dimming;According to different environment choose different KValue

he Hollow Glass combined by these kinds of products has best energy saving effect and the best living comfort. It is the Preferred Products for Cold Bzonesummer hot winter cold, summer hot winter worm, worm north area reach the Build- ing energy efficiency rate 90%,75%，65%

LOW-E Energy Saving Insulating Glass is made up of two or more layers of flat glass. Two or more pieces of glass are bonded and sealed with sealing strips and glazing strips around the perimeter with a high strength, high gas tightness composite binder. The middle is filled with dry gas and the frame is filled with desiccant to ensure the dryness of the air between the glass sheets. The glass can be made according to the requirements of different properties of the original glass, such as colorless clear float glass embossed glass, heat-absorbing glass,heat-reflective glass, laminated glass toughened glass etc. and the frame
(aluminium frame or glass bars, etc.), after gluing, welding or fusing can be used.

FEATURE OF LOW-E ENERGY SAVING INSULATING GLASS
Energy saving: has a good barrier to heat radiation transmission, thus reducing the heat transfer coefficient. Noise reduction: effectively blocks the transmission of sound, reducing sound disturbance.
Ultraviolet protection: It has a blocking effect on the ultraviolet rays of the sun.

Application of Low-E Energy Saving Insulating Glass
Mainly used for heating, air conditioning, noise or condensation prevention and for buildings that need to be free from direct sunlight and special light.Widely used in houses, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, schools, hospitals, shops, etc.where indoor air conditioning is required. It can also be used in trains, cars, ships, freezers doors and windows of cabinets, etc.
