China low iron patterned glass producer

Low Iron Pattern Glass is formed with a diamond pattern on one face and a smooth pattern on another, and then is further treated by tempering process. It is mainly used for the cover of photovoitaic modules or flat solar water collectors and also used as greenhouse Glass.

Solar  low iron pattern glass has its unique recipe and special pattern, which ensures highest solar transmission by greatly reducing light reflection and absorbtion, and therefore increases photoelectric conversion efficiency or solar-thermal conversion efficiency.

There are several advantages to using On-Line Low-E glass in building design:

1. Energy Efficiency: On Line Low-E glass can significantly reduce the amount of energy needed to heat or cool a building by minimizing the amount of heat transfer through windows. This can help to reduce energy bills and lower a building’s carbon footprint.
2. Comfort: By reducing the amount of heat that enters or escapes a building through windows, Low-E glass can help to maintain a more comfortable indoor environment. This can lead to increased productivity and overall well-being.
3. UV Protection: On-Line Low-E glass coatings can block up to 99% of harmful UV radiation, which can help to protect furniture, flooring, and artwork from fading and sun damage.
4. Versatility: Low-E glass can be used in a variety of building applications, including windows, doors, and skylights. It is available in different colors and levels of performance to meet the specific needs of different building designs.
5. Cost-Effective: While Low-E glass may have a slightly higher initial cost compared to standard glass, its energy-saving benefits can help to offset this cost over time through lower energy bills.

Overall, On-Line Low-E glass is an effective way to improve the energy efficiency, comfort, and value of a building while also providing protection against UV radiation.

On-line TCO glass is a kind of“hard coating”glass which has high visible light transmission, high electrical conductivity. It is substrates for thin-film solar cell glass.

On-line TCO glass is use Chemical Vapor Deposition coating technology, put gaseous form coating materials on high temperature, clean, high speed pulling float glass surface. The gaseous form coating materials form a film on the glass surface. The film atomic combine with glass atomic, finish the multi-layer barrier layer and the conductive layer form a”glass/multi layer barrier layer /multi-layer conductive film”sandwich-type composite film. By reactive modifiers and haze modifiers to adjust the film surface resistance and haze, satisfied the requirement of amorphous silicon thin film solar cells to the transparent electrode film material.

When sunlight is incident on the glass solar cell, there is about 4% light is reflect by the glass surface Reducing the glass surface reflectance can increase the conversion efficiency of the solar cell module.Research indicates the solar cell module make by suede glass can increase by 1% conversion efficiency under direct sunlight, can increase 3% con- version efficiency under the slanting sunlight.Because the slanting sunlight time is much longer than the direct sunlight time, so the suede glass solar cell module has impressive increase. The optical performance and Suede effect are made in one time for online TCO glass. It can be produced in large square meter and large-scale. The glass can over 5 square meters is several times of Monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon solar cell.

Features of On-Line TCO Glass:

1.Surface resistance≤13Q/口

2.Visible light transmission≥77%
3. Haze 8%–14%

4.It has excellent heat cold wet resistance
5.Long-term storage delivery at any time no shelf life constraints
6.Under normal environmental conditions, the film will not fall off, mildew and deterioration
7.Film rugged, good wear resistance and easy handling and processing
8.Easy to be bending and tempered/

Products Features of BIPV Glass:

1.BIPV Glass building can self-generating for personal use it can guaranteed their own power and also can feeding into the grid in some condition.

2.BIPV building can provide enough area for PV system do not need to provide more land for PV system.

3. BIPV Glass building is combined by photovoltaic modules and glass curtain wall.Components curtain wall has flexible construction method;the main structure has strong adaptability and mature technology. It is the most popular used structure currently. Modular walls is created in the factory, easy to realize industrial production reduce labor costs and control the quality, thus shortening the construction period.Double ventilated facade system has many advantages such as ventilation, heat insulation and sound Insulation energy saving and environmental protection etc. Also can improve the heat dissipation of BIPV components reducing the efficiency loss.

4.Sloping roofs, roof Syncline has better economy:You can install it follow the optimal or near-optimal angle, obtain greater for maximum power out put can use standard PV modules good performance and low cost.

5.The PVB film which in the middle of BIPV amorphous silicon solar cell module has good adhesion toughness and elasticity, can absorb the impact effect, prevent the impact. The fragment will be firmly adhered to the PVB film, will not fall off hurt people even the glass broken. So that reduce the damage and improve the safety performance of buildings.
